Juicy grilled shrimp are the star of this delicious meal showcasing black beans, white rice, charred corn, sweet red bell peppers, and roasted onions. A drizzle of cilantro lime crema adds a bright citrusy note that perfectly complements the shrimp.
Meal Card: Fajita Shrimp Bowl

Ingredients
- 1-2 packages grilled shrimp
- 1-2 packages southwest vegetable blend
- 1-2 packages white rice
- 1-2 packets cilantro lime cremaÂ
Directions
1) Place cilantro lime crema in a bowl of warm water to thaw or place in the refrigerator to thaw if scheduling this meal.
2) Open grilled shrimp and place in a Suvie pan. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie.
3) Tap southwest vegetable blend and white rice packets on the counter to break up any large pieces. Open into a second Suvie pan. Season with 1 tbsp olive oil (2 tbsp for 4 servings), and salt and pepper to taste. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie.
4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.
Suvie Cook Settings
Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 25 minutes)
Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 5 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 10 minutes)Â
5) Remove pans from Suvie. Stir rice and vegetables together and season to taste with salt and pepper. Divide mixture between bowls or plates. Top each serving with shrimp and drizzle with cilantro lime crema just before serving.
