Fresh and flavorful, our Herb Crusted Pollock is a light yet satisfying dinner that transports you straight to the coast. Flaky, tender pollock with a savory herb crust is paired with a vibrant Mediterranean grain and vegetable blend, all topped with sweet, jammy roasted tomatoes and a drizzle of verdant pesto.
Meal Card: Herb Crusted Pollock

Ingredients
- 1-2 packages herb breaded pollock
- 1-2 packages Mediterranean grain and vegetable blend
- 1-2 packages roasted tomatoes
- 1-2 packets pesto sauce
Directions
1) Place pesto packet in a bowl of hot water to thaw. Open pollock and place in a Suvie pan. If cooking 4 servings you may need to stack the filets on top of each other. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie.
2) Open Mediterranean grain and vegetable blend and roasted tomatoes into a Suvie pan. Season generously with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie.
3) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.
Suvie Cook Settings
Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 20 minutes)
Top Zone: Roast at 375°F for 20 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 25 minutes)
4) Remove pans from Suvie. Stir vegetables together and season to taste with salt and pepper. Divide pollock and vegetables between plates. Drizzle with peso and serve.
