Meal Card: Porcini Mushroom Ravioli

Our decadent Porcini Mushroom Ravioli is Italian comfort food at its best. This meal features tender pasta stuffed with earthy mushrooms, smothered in creamy Alfredo sauce and topped with shaved parmesan — all paired with crisp green beans. Enjoy a complete Italian meal, no passport required.

Meal Card: Porcini Mushroom Ravioli

Ingredients

  • 1-2 packages mushroom ravioli
  • 1-2 packages shredded parmesan
  • 1-2 packages Alfredo cream sauce
  • 1-2 packages green beans

Directions

1) Place package of Alfredo sauce in a bowl of hot water to thaw.

2) For 2 servings, open ravioli into a Suvie pan and pour thawed Alfredo sauce over the ravioli. For 4 servings, open one package ravioli into a pan. Pour one package Alfredo sauce over the ravioli. Repeat with remaining ravioli and Alfredo, layering the ravioli and sauce evenly.  Place pan in the top zone of Suvie.

3) Open green beans into a Suvie pan. Season generously with olive, salt, and pepper. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie. 

4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen. 

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 20 minutes) 

Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 30 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 40 minutes) 

5) Remove pans from Suvie. Divide green beans and ravioli between plates, top with parmesan cheese, and serve.
