Meal Card: Honey Ginger Tempura Shrimp with Rice and Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1-2 packets honey ginger sesame sauce
- 1-2 packages tempura shrimp
- 1-2 packages white rice
- 1-2 packages broccoli
Directions
1) Place the honey sesame ginger sauce in a bowl of warm water to thaw (or place the sauce in the fridge to thaw if scheduling this meal).
2) Cut open and distribute the tempura shrimp in an even layer in a Suvie air fry basket. Place in the top zone of Suvie. Place the Suvie sheet pan in the bottom of the top zone to catch any oil or crumbs.
3) Before opening, gently tap white rice and broccoli on the countertop to break up any large pieces. Cut open white rice and broccoli and add to a second Suvie pan. Season with 1 tbsp olive oil (2 tbsp olive oil for 4 servings), ¼ tsp salt (½ tsp salt for 4 servings) and freshly ground black pepper. Place pan in the Bottom Zone of Suvie.
4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.
Suvie Cook Settings
Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 18 minutes
Top Zone: Air Fry at 350°F for 10 minutes
5) When the cook is complete, carefully remove basket and pan from Suvie. If crisper tempura is desired, flip shrimp over, return to Suvie, and continue to cook for 5 minutes more.
6) Season rice and broccoli to taste with salt and peppers, and then divide between plates with the tempura shrimp. Transfer sauce to a small bowl for dipping.
