Ingredients

  • 2-4 salmon filets
  • 1-2 packets honey sesame ginger sauce
  • 1-2 packages jasmine rice
  • 1-2 packages edamame
  • 1-2 packets sesame seeds

Directions

1) Place packets of honey sesame ginger sauce in a bowl of hot water to thaw. If scheduling this meal, place sauce in the refrigerator to thaw. Place sesame seeds on the counter to thaw.

2) Remove salmon from packaging and place on a Suvie roasting rack (handles facing up) set within a Suvie pan. Season with salt and pepper and place in the top zone of Suvie.

3) Tap packages of jasmine rice and edamame on the counter to break up any large pieces. Open into a Suvie pan and season with 1 tbsp olive oil (2 tbsp for 4 servings), and salt and pepper. Chef’s Tip: For even more flavor, use sesame oil in place of olive oil.

4) Place jasmine rice and edamame in the bottom zone of Suvie. Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 18 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 25 minutes)

Top Zone: Roast at 325°F for 18 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 25 minutes)

5) Remove pans from Suive. Stir rice and edamame together and season with salt and pepper to taste. Divide between plates with salmon filets. Drizzle thawed honey sesame ginger sauce over each filet and garnish with sesame seeds.
