Meal Card: Supreme Pizza Pasta Bake

Satisfy your pizza cravings in a comforting new way with this Supreme Pizza Pasta Bake. This easy-to-make dish combines tender pasta with savory pepperoni, vibrant peppers, and onions, all smothered in a rich tomato cream sauce. Topped with melted mozzarella, it’s a perfect weeknight meal that the whole family will love.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 packages fusilli pasta
  • 1-2 packets vodka tomato cream sauce
  • 1-2 packets pepperoni slices
  • 1-2 packages mozzarella cheese
  • 1-2 packages peppers & onions

Directions

1) Place packets of vodka tomato cream sauce in a bowl of hot water to thaw. Place packet of mozzarella cheese on the counter to thaw. If scheduling this meal, place cheese in the fridge to thaw. 

2A) For 2 Servings: Open fusilli pasta, peppers, and onions into a Suvie pan. Add half the pepperoni.  Pour the thawed tomato sauce over the pasta, vegetables, and pepperoni, stirring to incorporate. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie. 

2B) For 4 Servings: Follow instructions above for 2 servings, then repeat the process above with remaining ingredients in a second Suvie pan. Place identical pans in Suvie. 

3) Place pan in the top zone of Suvie. Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.

Bottom Zone: Roast at 300°F for 15 minutes 

Top Zone: Roast at 300°F for 15 minutes 

4) Remove pan from Suvie. Stir pasta, vegetables, and sauce together and season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top of the pasta bake and return pan to Suvie. Confirm 5 minute broil time.

5) Remove pan from Suvie, divide between bowls and serve. Chef’s Tip: Garnish with chopped fresh basil for a pop of freshness.
