Meal Card: Hot Honey Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

Ingredients
- 3 packages brussels sprouts
- 2 packets hot honey
- 3 bacon strips
Directions
1) Place packets of hot honey and bacon strips on the counter to thaw.
2) Open brussels sprouts into a Suvie pan. Season with 2 tbsp olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie.
3) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.

Bottom Zone: None
Top Zone: Roast at 325°F for 25 minutes
4) Remove bacon from packaging and finely chop; if desired, heat in the microwave for 30 seconds.
5) Remove pan from Suvie. Season brussels sprouts with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to a serving platter, drizzle with hot honey and sprinkle with chopped bacon.
