Meal Card: Herb Roasted Carrots with Garlic Butter

These sweet and tender Parisian carrots are an heirloom variety that make a delicious side dish for any holiday spread. Season them with roasted garlic butter for a savory richness that perfectly complements their natural sweetness and round shape.

Ingredients

  • 3 packages Parisian Carrots 
  • 3 packets Garlic Butter

Directions

1) Place packets of garlic butter on the counter to thaw. 

2) Open Parisian carrots into a Suvie pan. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie. Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: None

Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 25 minutes 

3) Remove pan from Suvie. Squeeze thawed garlic butter over the carrots. Stir carrots to melt the butter. Season carrots to taste with salt and pepper.
