Meal Card: Lemon Butter Shrimp Pasta with Green Beans

Our buttery and bright lemon sauce plays center stage in this delicious meal. Tender penne is roasted in lemon herb sauce for flavor in every bite. We serve the pasta with juicy grilled shrimp and green beans for a well rounded meal that the whole family will enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 2-4 packets lemon herb sauce
  • 1-2 packets green beans 
  • 1-2 packages penne pasta 
  • 1-2 packages grilled shrimp

Directions

1) Run packet of lemon herb sauce under warm water to thaw. Open packages of penne pasta and green beans and place in a Suvie pan. Pour thawed sauce over the pasta and beans, stirring to coat. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie. 

2) Open grilled shrimp and place in a Suvie pan. Place shrimp in the Top Zone of Suvie.

3) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen. 

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 25 minutes)

Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 27 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 37 minutes) 

4) Remove pans from Suvie. Stir green beans, pasta, and lemon herb sauce together until cohesive. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 

5) Divide pasta and green beans between plates. Top with shrimp and serve.
