We’re dishing up all the trattoria vibes with this classic dish. Tender penne pasta is bathed in tangy vodka tomato cream sauce and filled with juicy chunks of diced chicken and toothsome florets of broccoli. A blanket of bubbling, melted mozzarella pulls everything together.
Meal Card: Penne alla Vodka with Chicken and Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1-2 packets mozzarella cheese
- 1-2 packets vodka tomato cream sauce
- 1-2 packages penne pasta
- 1-2 packages diced chicken
- 1-2 packages broccoli
Directions
1) Place mozzarella packet on the counter to thaw or place in the fridge if scheduling this meal. Run vodka tomato cream sauce under warm water to thaw.
2) Remove penne and diced chicken from packaging and place in a Suvie pan. Pour vodka tomato cream sauce over the chicken and penne. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie.
3) Before opening, tap broccoli on the counter to break up any large pieces. Remove broccoli from packaging and place in a Suvie pan. Season with 1 tbsp olive oil, ½ tsp salt, and ¼ black pepper (for 4 servings, season with 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt, and ½ tsp black pepper). Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie. Input settings and cook now or schedule.
Suvie Cook Settings
Bottom Zone: Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 minutes (Roast for 20 minutes for 4 servings)
Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 20 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 25 minutes)
4) Remove pans from Suvie. Add broccoli to pan with chicken. Stir to combine and season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and return pan to Suvie. Broil for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and browned.
5) Remove pan from Suvie, divide between bowls and serve.
