Meal Card: Pu Pu Platter with Shrimp, Ribs, and Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 package tempura shrimp
- 1 package panko crusted chicken
- 1 package baby back ribs
- 1 packet creamy sriracha sauce
- 1 packet Thai sweet chili sauce
- 2 packets teriyaki sauce
Directions
1) Place packets of creamy sriracha sauce, Thai sweet chili sauce, and teriyaki sauce in a bowl of warm water to thaw. If scheduling this meal, place creamy sriracha and Thai sweet chili in the fridge to thaw.
2) Remove baby back ribs from packaging and place in a Suvie pan. Drizzle one packet of teriyaki sauce over the ribs. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie.
3) Open and arrange panko crusted chicken in a Suvie air fry basket. Arrange tempura shrimp on a Suvie sheet pan. Place the sheet pan in the top zone of Suvie and the chicken in the same zone above the shrimp.
4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.
Suvie Cook Settings
Bottom Zone: Roast at 350°F for 25 minutes
Top Zone: Air Fry at 350°F for 10 minutes
5) When the cook is complete, do not clear the cook screen. Remove all pans from Suvie; set ribs aside. Flip chicken and shrimp over. Place air fry basket with chicken in the bottom zone of Suvie and return shrimp to the top zone Suvie. Continue to cook for 5 more minutes.
6) Pour creamy sriracha sauce and Thai sweet chili sauce into two bowls. Remove chicken and shrimp from Suvie. Cut ribs into individual pieces and arrange on a platter with the chicken and shrimp. Drizzle remaining packet of teriyaki over the ribs. Serve with creamy sriracha and Thai sweet chili sauce on the side for dipping.
