- 1-2 trays shrimp asparagus risotto
Directions
1A) 2-servings
Remove plastic from the shrimp asparagus risotto tray and place in a Suvie pan. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie.

1B) 4-servings
Remove plastic from both shrimp asparagus risotto trays and place in separate Suvie pans. Place pans in Suvie.
2) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.
Suvie Cook Settings
Bottom Zone: None (for 4 servings, Roast at 350°F for 30 minutes)
Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 30 minutes
3) When the cook is complete, remove pans from Suvie. Stir the risotto to combine any separated liquid and make creamy. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Divide the risotto between plates and serve.
