Meal Card: Three Bean Chili with Cornbread

Our hearty and delicious Three Bean Chili is filled with flavors of the southwest. A multifaceted blend of chipotle, ancho, jalapeño, and green chiles adds smoky, grassy, sweet, and citrusy flavors to the chili. A combination of black, kidney, and pinto beans makes this vegetarian chile a knockout.

Ingredients

  • 1 – 2 packages Three Bean Chili 
  • 2 – 4 packages Cornbread

Directions

1) Set aside cornbread to thaw at room temperature (or place on top of Suvie to warm).

2A) 2-Servings  

Remove plastic from bean chili and place in a Suvie pan. Place the pan in the Top Zone of Suvie.

2B) 4-Servings  

If cooking for four people, remove plastic from both packages of bean chili. Divide chili between two Suvie pans. Place pans in Suvie.

3) Input settings and cook now or schedule. 

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Roast at 375°F for 35 minutes 

Top Zone: Roast at 375°F for 35 minutes 

4) When the cook is complete, remove pan(s) from Suvie. Season bean chili to taste with salt and pepper, then divide between plates. Serve with the warmed cornbread.
