Family pasta night just got easier thanks to Suvie. Plump and tender, these tasty tortellini are filled with Parmesan and nutty romano cheese. Served in a tangy vodka tomato cream sauce packed with Italian sausage, this pasta bake delivers a flavorful punch. A side of roasted broccoli makes the perfect accompaniment.
Meal Card: Tortellini Sausage Pasta Bake with Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1-2 packets mozzarella cheese
- 1-2 packets vodka tomato cream sauce
- 1-2 packages cheese tortellini
- 1-2 packages Italian sausage
- 1-2 packages broccoli
Directions
1) Place package of mozzarella cheese on the counter to thaw. If scheduling this meal, place package in the refrigerator to thaw.
2) Place packet of vodka tomato cream sauce in a bowl of hot water to thaw. Open packages of cheese tortellini and Italian sausage into a Suvie pan. Pour thawed vodka tomato cream sauce over the tortellini and sausage. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie.
3) Before opening, tap package of broccoli on the counter to break up any large pieces. Place broccoli in a second Suvie pan and season with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie.
4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen
Suvie Cook Settings
Bottom Zone: Roast at 350°F for 10 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 15 minutes)
Top Zone: Roast at 315°F for 20 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 35 minutes)
5) After cooking, remove pasta bake from Suvie, leaving broccoli in Suvie to keep warm. Stir tomato sauce, tortellini, and sausage together until cohesive; season to taste with salt and pepper. Top with mozzarella cheese and return to Suvie. Confirm 5-7 minute broil time.
6) Remove pans from Suvie. Season broccoli to taste with salt and pepper. Divide between plates with the pasta bake and serve.
