Crispy, crunchy tortilla-crusted tilapia filets are served on a bed of tender white rice punctuated with corn, black beans, red bell pepper, and roasted onions. A drizzle of cilantro lime crema adds a creamy cool finish that pairs perfectly with the fish.
Meal Card: Tortilla Crusted Tilapia with Cilantro Lime Crema

Ingredients
- 1-2 packets cilantro lime crema
- 2-4 tortilla crusted tilapia filets
- 1-2 packages white rice
- 1-2 packages southwest vegetable blend
- 2-4 packets hot sauce
Directions
1) Place packet of cilantro lime crema and hot sauce in a bowl of warm water to thaw. If scheduling this meal, place in the refrigerator to thaw.
2) Place tortilla crusted tilapia in a Suvie pan. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie.
3) Tap packages of white rice and southwest vegetable blend on the counter to break up any large pieces. Open into a Suvie pan. Season with oil, salt, and pepper. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie.
4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.
Suvie Cook Settings
Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 20 minutes)
Top Zone: Roast at 375°F for 20 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 25 minutes)
5) Remove pans from Suvie. Stir rice and vegetables together and season to taste with salt and pepper. Divide between plates. Top each serving with a tortilla crusted tilapia filet. Drizzle each plate with cilantro lime crema and hot sauce.
