Meal Card: Tropical Paradise Smoothie

Take your tastebuds on vacation with our new Tropical Paradise smoothie! Filled to the brim with passion fruit, pineapple, red dragon fruit, and peaches, this smoothie will deliver holiday vibes no matter where you are. 

Note: fully customize your smoothie by adding yogurt, nut butter, or other fruits to the mix.

Ingredients

  • 1-4 Tropical Paradise Smoothie Pack

Directions

1) Add frozen fruit to a blender.

2) Add 12 oz of liquid such as orange juice, coconut water, or almond milk (for a smoothie bowl with a thicker consistency, use 8 oz liquid). 

3) Blend on high until smooth. If your blender has trouble, or you want a looser consistency, add an additional 1-2 oz of liquid and continue to blend until it reaches your desired texture. 

4) For a traditional smoothie, pour into a glass and serve. For a smoothie bowl, transfer mixture to a bowl and top with granola, fresh fruit, shredded coconut, or other toppings.
