Enjoy our classic creme brûlée made with a sweet vanilla custard.
Meal Card: Creme Brûlée
Ingredients
- 1-6 ramekins creme brûlée
- 1-6 packets sugar
Directions
1) Unwrap and remove plastic lids from creme brûlée ramekins and place in a Suvie pan. If using 4 or less ramekins, use one Suvie pan, if using 4 or more, use two Suvie pans.
2) Open sugar packets and evenly sprinkle over each creme brûlée. Place pans in Suvie. Input settings and choose Cook Now or Schedule (be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen).

Bottom Zone: Broil for 12 minutes
Top Zone: Broil for 12 minutes
3) When cook is complete, carefully remove pans from Suvie. Allow creme brûlées to cool slightly to allow melted caramel to cool into a crisp shell. Divide between plates and serve.
