Juicy chicken breasts are the perfect canvas for our flavor-packed miso ginger sauce which is the ideal balance of savory, umami miso and bright, tangy ginger. Served on a bed of rice and green peas, this meal is a knockout.

Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 minutes for 2 servings, 25 minutes for 4 servings
Top Zone: Roast at 360°F for 27 minutes for 2 servings, 37 minutes for 4 servings

Miso Ginger Chicken with Sesame Rice and Green Peas
Ingredients
- 12 oz chicken breast
- 10 oz white rice
- 3 oz green peas
- .125 oz sesame seeds
- 1.8 oz miso ginger sauce (*thaw during cook)
Directions
1) Remove miso ginger sauce from freezer and set aside during cook. Open chicken breasts and add to the rack in a Suvie pan.
2) Open white rice and add to a Suvie pan. Add green peas on top of white rice. Season with 1 tbsp olive oil, ½ tsp salt and freshly ground pepper; for 4 servings, use 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt, and freshly ground pepper to taste. Open sesame seeds, add on top of white and peas and stir to combine.
3) Load chicken into the top zone of Suvie and white rice and green peas into the bottom zone. Input settings and cook now. Alternatively, you can store or schedule the meal in the Suvie, but note you will need to select Cook Now to begin cooking your stored or scheduled meal. (please be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen).

4) When cook is complete, divide white rice and green peas between plates and top with chicken. Glaze chicken with the miso ginger sauce and season to taste with salt and pepper.
