Meal Card: Pasta Primavera

Ingredients

  • 1-2 packages penne pasta
  • 1-2 packets cacio e pepe sauce 
  • 1-2 packages green peas
  • 1-2 packages asparagus
  • 1-2 packages tomatoes

Directions

1) Place packets of cacio e pepe sauce in a bowl of hot water to thaw.

2A) For 2 servings: Open package penne pasta, green peas, asparagus, and tomatoes into a Suvie pan. Pour thawed cacio e pepe sauce over the pasta. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie. 

2B) For 4 servings: Open one package each of penne pasta, green peas, asparagus, and tomatoes into a Suvie pan. Pour one packet thawed cacio e pepe sauce over the pasta. Repeat process with remaining penne, peas, asparagus, tomatoes, and sauce. Place identical pans in Suvie. 

3) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.

Bottom Zone: Roast at 315°F for 20 minutes

Top Zone: Roast at 315°F for 20 minutes

4) Remove pans from Suvie. Stir pasta to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve.
