Protein Packed Baked Banana Oatmeal Bars

Ingredients
- 1 scoop protein powder Â
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- ÂĽ tsp salt
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup milk
- 2 large ripe bananas
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or brown sugar
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
Directions
1) In a large bowl, whisk together 1 scoop protein powder, 2 tsp cinnamon, and ¼ tsp salt. Add ½ cup water, ½ cup milk, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 tbsp brown sugar, and whisk until smooth.
2) In a medium bowl, mash bananas and peanut butter together until pasty. Stir in the beaten eggs. Add banana mixture to the milk mixture, whisking until smooth. Add 2 cups old fashioned oats and stir to incorporate.
3) Transfer mixture to a greased Suvie pan. Place in the bottom zone of Suvie. Input settings and cook now or schedule.

4) Remove pan from Suvie. Allow to cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.
