Mild pork tenderloin is the perfect canvas for bold flavors. The combination of smoky paprika, spicy chili powder, earthy cumin, bright garlic, and aromatic onion is the ideal blend for this delicious weeknight dish. We like our pork tenderloin medium-rare (135°F on an instant-read thermometer), but if you’d prefer medium, you can add 5 minutes to the cooking time to get closer to 140°F; for medium-well, add 10 minutes to get closer to 145°F.
