Meal Card: Buffalo Chicken Sandwich

Sink your teeth into our crispy, saucy, and juicy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich – breaded, drizzled in hot & tangy buffalo sauce, and stacked on buttery brioche buns. A side of crisp green beans completes the meal.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 packets buffalo sauce
  • 1-2 packages brioche buns
  • 1-2 packages chicken cutlet
  • 1-2 packages green beans

Directions

1) Set buffalo sauce out on the counter to thaw (place buffalo sauce in the fridge to thaw if scheduling this meal).  Place brioche buns on the counter to thaw or on top of Suvie to warm.

2) Place chicken cutlets in a Suvie air fry basket and place in the top zone of Suvie. Place Suvie sheet pans underneath the chicken to catch any crumbs. 

3) Before opening, gently tap green beans on the counter to break up any large pieces. Open into a Suvie pan and season with 1 tbsp olive oil, ½ tsp salt, and ¼ tsp ground black pepper (for 4 servings, season with 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt, and ½ tsp black pepper. Input settings and cook now or schedule, be sure to select yes when asked if cooking from frozen. 

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 25 minutes)

Top Zone: Air Fry at 375°F for 20 mins

4) After cooking, flip chicken cutlets over, return to Suvie, and continue cooking for 5 minutes more if crispier results are desired. Leave green beans in Suvie to keep warm.

5) Split brioche buns and place a chicken cutlet in each bun. Top with buffalo sauce. Serve alongside roasted green beans.
