Enjoy our crispy chicken piccata pasta featuring a bright and buttery lemon sauce studded with capers. We cook the breaded chicken cutlet to crisp perfection and serve it with tender penne, green peas, and plenty of piccata sauce.
Meal Card: Crispy Chicken Piccata Pasta

Ingredients
- 1-2 packets piccata sauce
- 1-2 packages penne pasta
- 1-2 packages breaded chicken cutlet
- 1-2 packets green peas
Directions
1) Run piccata sauce under warm water to thaw. Remove penne and peas from packaging and place in a Suvie pan. Pour piccata sauce over the penne and peas. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie.
2) Remove breaded chicken cutlet from packaging. Place in a Suvie air fry basket. Place in the top zone of Suvie. Place a suvie sheet pan underneath the chicken to catch any crumbs. Input settings and cook now or schedule.
Suvie Cook Settings
Bottom Zone: Roast at 350°F for 20 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 25 minutes)
Top Zone: Air Fry at 375°F for 20 mins
3) Remove pans from Suvie. Transfer chicken cutlet to a cutting board. Stir penne, peas, and piccata sauce together. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cut chicken into pieces and stir into the pasta mixture. Divide between bowls and serve immediately.
