Make any night a Taco Night with a dash of this seasoning blend!  Mix it into ground beef, shredded chicken, or shrimp for a zesty addition to any taco, burrito, fajita, or salad. Feel free to up the ante by increasing the amount of cayenne or by adding ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes.

  • 3 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp cayenne
  • 2 tsp kosher salt


1) In a medium bowl with a fork, combine chili powder, paprika, cumin, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, and salt. 

2) Add ½ of total mix to 1 lb ground beef and cook as desired or  or store in an airtight container and keep in a dry, dark location.
