Meal Card: Bacon Cream Scallops

Ingredients

  • 1-2 packages bacon cream scallops
  • 1-2 packages potato gratin
  • 1-2 packages asparagus 
  • 1-2 packets crispy onions

Directions

1) Place crispy onions on the counter to thaw. Open bacon cream scallops and asparagus into a Suvie pan. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie.

2) Grease a Suvie pan. Place potato gratins in the pan. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie. 

3) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen. 

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 25 minutes)

Top Zone: Roast at 315°F for 20 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 30 minutes) 

4) Remove pans from Suvie. Gently stir scallops and asparagus together, seasoning to taste with salt and pepper. Divide between plates with the potato gratin. Sprinkle crispy onions over the scallops and serve.
