Silky garlic butter scallops take center stage in this indulgent pasta dish. Twisting fusilli catches every drop of that luscious garlic butter sauce, weaving together with crisp-tender broccoli for a satisfying bite. Meal Card: Garlic Scallop Scampi

Ingredients
- 1-2 packages garlic butter scallops
- 1-2 packages fusilli pasta
- 1-2 packages broccoli
- 1-2 packets shredded parmesan
Directions
1) Place shredded parmesan on the counter to thaw. Open fusilli into a Suvie pan followed by the garlic butter scallops. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie.
2) Open broccoli into a Suvie pan. Season generously with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie.
3) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.

Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 25 minutes)
Top Zone: Roast at 315°F for 15 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 25 minutes)
4) Remove pans from Suvie. Gently stir scallops to coat in butter. Season fusilli and broccoli with salt and pepper to taste. Divide between plates with the scallops, spooning the butter sauce over each serving. Garnish with shredded parmesan cheese and serve.
