Meal Card: Classic Mashed Potatoes with Turkey Gravy

Ingredients
- 3 packages Potato Puree
- 2 packets Turkey Gravy
Directions
1) Place packets of turkey gravy in a bowl of hot water thaw or place in the fridge to thaw if scheduling this meal.
2) Gently tap packages of potato puree on the counter to break apart. Open potatoes into a Suvie pan. Add 6 tbsp butter, 1 ½ cups milk or water, 1 ½ tsp salt, and freshly ground pepper.
3) Place pan in the top zone of Suvie. Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.

Bottom Zone: None
Top Zone: Roast at 325°F for 30 minutes
4) Transfer turkey gravy to a microwave safe bowl. Heat in the microwave in 30 second increments until hot.
5) Remove potatoes from Suvie. Stir to incorporate and season to taste with salt and pepper. Divide between plates with hot turkey gravy.
