Meal Card: Italian Sausage Pizza
Ingredients
- 1-2 packages flatbread
- 1-2 cups marinara sauce
- 1-2 packages sausage crumbles
- 1-2 packages shredded mozzarella
Directions
1) Place the marinara sauce cups in a bowl of hot water to thaw for 2 minutes.
2) Lightly grease two Suvie pans with oil or cooking spray. Place one flatbread into each Suvie pan.
3) Once the sauce is thawed, evenly divide between both flatbreads, spreading into an even layer. Sprinkle each flatbread with shredded mozzarella cheese and sausage pieces.
4) Place both pans in Suvie. Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.

Bottom Zone: Roast at 350°F for 15 minutes
Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 15 minutes
5) When the cook is complete, remove pans from Suvie and carefully transfer flatbreads to a cutting board with a spatula. For 4 servings, repeat process above with remaining ingredients, reducing the cook time by 5 minutes.
6) Cut the flatbreads into squares or triangles and serve.
