Our new Peanut Satay Shrimp is the answer to your takeout cravings! This Suvie-ready take on the night market staple stars springy grilled shrimp and rich peanut satay sauce, paired with sides of pillowy white rice, crisp-tender broccoli, and crunchy crushed peanuts.
Meal Card: Peanut Satay Shrimp with Rice & Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1-2 packages peanut satay sauce
- 1-2 packets peanuts
- 1-2 packages grilled shrimp
- 1-2 packages broccoli
- 1-2 packages white rice
Directions
1) Run package of peanut satay sauce under hot water to thaw. Place packet of peanuts on the counter to thaw.
2) Open package of shrimp and place in a Suvie pan. Pour thawed satay sauce over the shrimp. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie.
3) Gently tap packages of broccoli and white rice against the counter to break up any large pieces. Open into a Suvie pan and season with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie.
4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.

Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast at 325°F for 25 minutes)
Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 5 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 10 minutes)
5) Remove pans from Suvie. Stir broccoli and rice together and season to taste with salt and pepper. Divide between plates.
6) Season shrimp to taste with salt and pepper. Spoon shrimp and satay sauce over each serving and garnish with peanuts.
