Meal Card: Sausage and Potato Gnocchi Bake

Ingredients

  • 1-2 packages potato gnocchi
  • 1-2 packages Italian sausage
  • 1-2 packages vodka tomato cream sauce 
  • 1-2 packets shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1-2 packages green beans

Directions

1) Place packet of vodka tomato cream sauce  in a bowl of hot water to thaw. Place shredded mozzarella cheese on the counter to thaw, or in the fridge to thaw if scheduling this meal. 

2) Open gnocchi and Italian sausage into a Suvie pan. Pour thawed vodka tomato cream sauce over the gnocchi and sausage. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie.

3) Open green beans into a Suvie pan. Season generously with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie. 

4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen. 

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Roast at 350°F for 10 minutes for 2 servings (15 minutes for 4 servings)

Top Zone: Roast at 300°F for 15 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 25 minutes) 

5) Remove gnocchi from Suvie, leaving green beans to keep warm. Stir gnocchi, sausage, and sauce together until cohesive. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the gnocchi and return pan to Suvie. Confirm 5 minute broil time.

6) Remove pans from Suvie. Divide gnocchi bake and green beans between plates.
