Ingredients

  • 1-2 packages tempura shrimp
  • 1-2 packages white rice
  • 1-2 packages green peas
  • 2-4 packets sweet Thai chili sauce

Directions

1) Place Thai chili sauce in a bowl of warm water to thaw or place the Thai chili sauce in the fridge to thaw if scheduling this meal. (You can also place on top of Suvie to warm if you are doing a “Cook Now”.)

2) Open tempura shrimp and evenly space in a Suvie air fry basket. Place basket in the top zone of Suvie, ensuring the Suvie sheet pan is in place beneath it to catch any oil or crumbs.

3) Gently tap white rice and green peas packages against the counter to break up any large pieces. Pour into a second Suvie pan and season with 1 tbsp olive oil, and 1/4 tsp salt (for 4 servings, season with 2 tbsp olive oil, ½ tsp salt, and freshly ground pepper). Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie.

4) Input settings and cook now or schedule.

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Air Fry at 350°F for 10 minutes

Top Zone: Air Fry at 350°F for 10 minutes

5) When the cook is complete, remove shrimp from Suvie. If you would like your shrimp crisper, flip each shrimp and return to Suvie to cook for 5 more minutes.

6) Once the cook is finished, fluff the rice and stir into the peas, adjusting seasoning to taste with salt and pepper. Divide shrimp, rice, and peas between plates

7) Pour the Thai chili sauce in a small bowl for dipping the shrimp.
