Meal Card: Whole Grain Mac & Cheese with Creamy Cheddar Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 – 2 trays Cheddar Mac & Cheese
- 1 – 2 packages Green Beans
Directions
1) In a medium bowl, stir together green beans, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
2) Remove plastic from cheddar mac & cheese trays and place in a Suvie pan. Evenly distribute green beans next to the trays of mac & cheese. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie. For 4 servings, repeat with remaining pan. Place pans in Suvie.
3) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.
Suvie Cook Settings
Bottom Zone: Roast at 350°F for 30 minutes
Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 30 minutes (for 2 servings, None)
4) When the cook is complete, remove pan from Suvie. Divide whole grain mac & cheese and green beans between plates. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
