Ingredients

  • 12 whole cremini or baby bella mushrooms, washed, dried, stems removed
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup + 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp ground cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp chopped chives, optional garnish
  • 1 tsp paprika, optional garnish

Directions

Toss mushrooms with vegetable oil and arrange in 1 or two Suvie pans. Broil for 10 minutes flipping the mushrooms over halfway through.

While the mushrooms broil, mix together the cream cheese, ¼ cup parmesan cheese, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. When the mushrooms are done broiling, drain excess liquid from the pans, stuff each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture, and return to the pan, filling side up.

Insert pans into your Suvie, input settings, and cook now or schedule.
