Liven up lean chicken breasts with a blanket of sweet and smoky bacon. Topping the chicken breasts with bacon infuses them with flavor and adds a crisp finish once broiled. We create a sweet and smoky sauce for our sandwiches by combining brown sugar, smoked paprika and mayo to double down on the sweet and smoky flavors of the bacon.

During the first cooking is the pan filled with water?
Hi Nickie, no the pan is not filled with water. Wrap the raw chicken with bacon, place in a Suvie pan, and then insert into your Suvie. The chicken and bacon will cook together with the bacon infusing the chicken breast with flavor. Hope that clarifies things!
