Cinnamon Cherry Oatmeal Cookies

Tender yet chewy, these delicious cookies are the perfect midday treat. We find traditional raisins too sweet in our oatmeal cookies, so instead we reach for tart dried cherries or cranberries. If desired, you can bake off the first ten cookies and freeze the remaining 5 raw dough balls to save for a rainy day.
