Cinnamon Raisin Buckwheat Groats with Fresh Peaches

Ingredients

  • 1 cup buckwheat groats, rinsed
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup yogurt

Directions

1) In a Suvie pan, stir together 1 cup buckwheat groats, 1 tsp kosher salt, ¼ cup honey, 2 tsp cinnamon, ½ cup raisins, and 3 cups water. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie. Input settings and cook now or schedule.

Bottom Zone: Slow Cook on High for 1 hour

Top Zone: None

2) After the buckwheat groats have cooked, remove pan from Suvie and stir. To serve, divide groats between bowls and top each bowl with half a peach and ¼ cup yogurt.
