These classic ground beef tacos are quick, easy, and delicious. We season the ground beef with cumin and chili powder before slow cooking for an hour. Instead of adding the shredded cheese to the taco after cooking, we stir the cheese into the ground beef right after it comes out of the Suvie. Not only does this ensure cheese in every bite, but also the melted cheese holds the beef together in the taco for easier eating – no runaway fillings here! We like our tacos topped with tomato, onion, and lettuce, but salsa and sour cream would also taste great.
Note: If you would like, add 1-2 tsps homemade Taco Seasoning to add even more flavor to this delicious meal.
