How to Bake Cookies in Suvie

These instructions will help you bake up Suvie’s delicious chef-selected cookies, which you can order directly from Suvie to be shipped to your doorstep for easy baking. Whether baking up a batch of ooey-gooey chocolate chip cookies or classic oatmeal raisin, these steps will ensure you get perfect cookies every time. Be sure to store your cookie dough balls in the freezer and bake directly from frozen for the best results. Please note that these instructions are for Suvie 2.0.

How to Bake Cookies in Suvie

  • Servings: 8
  • Difficulty: 40 minutes

Ingredients

1 package (8 balls) of cookie dough

Directions

1) Grease 2 Suvie pans and arrange 4 cookie dough balls in each pan. 

2) Insert pans into your Suvie, input settings, and cook now (be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen). 

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Bake at 325°F for 25 minutes 

Top Zone: Bake at 325°F for 25 minutes 

3) Remove pans from Suvie and let cookies cool in pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a drying rack to cool to room temperature. Enjoy!

Select frozen “yes” even if the dough isn’t frozen?

Hi Sean, only select if cooking frozen cookie dough. Otherwise the cookies will overbake.

I’m baking my own frozen cookies using the settings from the above recipe. However, I can not select “yes” for frozen. “No” is selected by default. What adjustment in temperature/time should I make?

Hi Lynne, to change the setting scroll backwards until the YES/NO is selected and then click to change the setting from No to Yes. Hope that helps!
