How to Get Extra Crispy Brussels Sprouts with Suvie Air Fry

Suvie Air Fry delivers perfect brussel sprouts every time with crisp exteriors and tender interiors. These sprouts are dressed simply with oil, salt, and pepper, but you can dial up the flavor by adding ¼ tsp red pepper flakes or ½ tsp smoked paprika in step 1.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb brussel sprouts, halved 
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Directions

1) In a large bowl, toss together brussel sprouts, 2 tsp olive oil, ½ tsp kosher salt, and ½ tsp ground black pepper. 

2) Divide brussel sprouts between two Suvie Air Fry baskets in an even layer. Place baskets in the top and bottom zones of Suvie. Place sheet pans in each zone beneath the baskets to catch any drips. Input settings and cook now or schedule. 

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Air Fry at 350°F for 25 minutes 

Top Zone: Air Fry at 350°F for 25 minutes 

3) After the brussel sprouts are done cooking, transfer to a platter and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve.
