How to Make Curry Powder
- 1 tbsp ground coriander
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp ground turmeric
- 2 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp fresh ground black pepper
- ½ tsp ground mustard
1) In a medium bowl with a fork, combine coriander, cumin, turmeric, cardamom, ginger, paprika, black pepper, cinnamon, and mustard.
2) Use immediately or store in an airtight container and keep in a dry, dark location.
