Individual Asparagus, Ham, and Cheese Frittatas

Ingredients
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 oz asparagus, trimmed and cut into ÂĽ” pieces
- 2 oz shredded cheddar or gruyereÂ
- 2 oz ham steaks, dicedÂ
- 6 large eggs
Directions

1) Grease 4 Suvie cocottes with cooking spray. Heat 2 tsp olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the asparagus and season with a pinch of salt. Saute for 5 minutes or until softened. Divide asparagus between prepared cocottes.

2) Divide cheese and diced ham between the 4 cocottes. In a medium bowl, whisk together 6 large eggs and ½ tsp salt until smooth. Pour eggs over the ham.



3) Place cocottes on a Suvie pan or Suvie roasting pan. Place in the bottom zone of Suvie. Input settings and cook now or schedule.
Suvie Cook Settings
Bottom Zone: Roast at 375°F for 20 minutesÂ
Top Zone: None
4) Remove cocottes from Suvie. Divide between plates, and serve.
