Since this meal is not yet in the machine’s database, these directions are confusing. So I input the settings that are printed in this article and THEN select from frozen, which adds 15min to each oven. Is that correct?? Am I supposed to fiddle with it until the settings match what this article says AFTER I select from frozen?!?

Hi Dwight, yes, when you select “From Frozen” this will add 15 minutes to the cook time. This defrost period will ensure the scampi is at the correct temperature once it starts to cook. The scampi meal should be available on your Suvie. If you still can’t see it we recommend turning off your Suvie for 15 seconds and then turning it back on. Ensure your Suvie is connected to Wifi and you should be able to see all the meals. Hope that helps!

Wish I would’ve done that….. my scampi was still “frozen”.
Live and learn.
On the other hand, I am a pescatarian and was excited to try this meal…..second ingredient was chicken broth. I’m out.

And yes I am connected to WiFi. Why is my machine not updating the menus? Your… Read more »
