With only three ingredients, five minutes of prep time, and 40 minutes of cooking time (no preheating required!), this dish is ideal for evenings when you’re pressed for time. Rich vodka sauce and thinly sliced onions make for a hearty sauce that complements the chicken thighs. We arrange the chicken in the Suvie pan so that the skin gets crispy, but the meat stays tender. Substitute jarred marinara for vodka sauce if you prefer.
