This Italian-American dish, which means “brother devil” in Italian, is known for its fiery hot kick thanks to ample amounts of red pepper flakes. We poach the shrimp in the fire roasted tomatoes to infuse the sauce with extra flavor. You can serve the shrimp fra diavolo with any type of pasta, but we like spaghetti, angel hair, or bucatini for soaking up all that tasty sauce.
