Spice Rubbed Chicken Thighs

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 lemon wedges
  • ¼ cup mixed herbs


1) Pat chicken dry. In a small bowl, stir together paprika, cumin, coriander, onion powder, garlic powder, 1 tbsp kosher salt, and 1 tsp ground black pepper. Rub mixture all over chicken thighs. Divide chicken between two Suvie pans. Place pans in Suvie. Input settings and cook now or schedule.

Bottom Zone: Roast at 400°F for 25 minutes 

Top Zone: Roast at 400°F for 25 minutes 

2) Remove chicken from Suvie and transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with herbs and serve with lemon wedges.

New Suvie 3.0 cook here. Can I cut the recipes for 4 in half and use same temp/time setting only using 1 tray in the Suvie? Thank you.
