What if the chicken is frozen?
Hi Bob, if the chicken is frozen there is an easy way to let Suvie know. Once you’ve input the cook times and temperatures, on the last screen where you can select “Cook Now”, “Schedule”, etc, you can toggle up to select “From Frozen”. This will add additional defrost time. You can do this with any ingredient you are cooking from frozen. Hope that helps!
