No matter what you call them, cocktail wieners, baby sausages, or lil’ smokies, these miniature frankfurters were simply made to be slathered in barbecue sauce. For this particular recipe, we’ve ditched the traditional toothpicks in favor of Hawaiian style sweet rolls for an easy take on BBQ sliders or as the perfect sponge to soak up all of that delicious sauce. BBQ Little Smokies

1) In a Suvie pan, stir together 14 oz cocktail wieners and ¾ cup barbecue sauce, and load the pan into the bottom of your Suvie. Place 10 Hawaiian rolls into another Suvie pan, and load the pan into the top of the Suvie. Input settings, and cook now or schedule.

Bottom Zone: Slow Cook at 200°F for 1 hour

Top Zone: Slow Cook at 200°F for 1 hour

2) After the cook, remove the pans from your Suvie. Stir the little smokies to coat them in the sauce. To serve, divide the little smokies and rolls between plates.
