2 (4 oz) potato or broccoli au gratins


1) Lightly grease a Suvie pan. Arrange gratins in the pan and insert pan into the bottom of your Suvie. Input settings and cook now (be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen). 

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Roast at 375°F for 20 minutes 

Top Zone: Roast at 375°F for 0 minutes 

2) Remove pans from Suvie, divide gratins between plates, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
