Lemon Garlic Shrimp

  • 1 lb peeled, deveined shrimp 
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 minced garlic cloves
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced


1) Pat shrimp dry thoroughly. In a large bowl, stir together shrimp, 2 tbsp olive oil, 4 minced garlic cloves, ½ tsp kosher salt, and ¼ tsp red pepper flakes.

2) Divide shrimp between two Suvie pans, spreading into an even layer. Place pans in Suvie, input settings, cook now or schedule.

Bottom Zone: Roast at 400°F for 15 minutes

Top Zone:  Roast at 400°F for 15 minutes

3) After cooking, immediately remove pan from Suvie and stir in ½ tsp lemon zest and 1 tsp lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper before serving.
