Flaky salmon filets get a generous dose of flavor from our easy herb butter. A simple yet ultra flavorful combination of butter, herbs, and lemon zest makes this dish shine. Double this recipe and split it between two Suvie pans to make four servings.
Roasted Salmon with Herb Butter

Ingredients
- 2 skinless salmon filets
- 4 tbsp salted butter, softened
- 2 tbsp minced fresh herbs such as thyme, parsley, chives, tarragon, or a mixture
- 1 tsp lemon zest
Directions
1) Place salmon filets on the Suvie roasting rack (handles facing up) set within a Suvie pan. Season with kosher salt and ground black pepper.

2) Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie, input settings and cook now or schedule.
Suvie Cook Settings
Bottom Zone: Roast at 375°F for 13 minutes
Top Zone: None
3) In a small bowl, stir together 4 tbsp softened butter, 2 tbsp herbs, and 1 tsp lemon zest until combined.

4) Remove salmon from Suvie and transfer to a plate. Top with herb butter and serve.

Hi, is this using the frozen salmon I can purchase from Suvie?
Hi Nicole, you can use any salmon you like for this recipe! The Suvie salmon would be a great choice. Note that we developed this recipe with thawed (not frozen) salmon, so if you use frozen salmon, be sure to select “From Frozen” when setting up the cook settings.
